Our strategy is two-fold: time and market! If we internally develop a new concept, we do have a certain process in place to foster new ideas and thoughts. Concepts usually need their time to evolve and to become tangible. This is the time, where we look into the market and understand, how a USP concept would need to look like. At the end the market view joins the mature concept and we go for a decision – to follow up on the idea, to align it or to turn it down.
Especially with our clients we follow this time & market strategy – and we sometimes have to step in for this approach but by the time the concept is successful, our clients understand what we mean by time & market.
