 Processing deals with operationalizing a concept. This means we fill develop concrete actions plans in order to show how a certain concept will be deployed in the market. Using the Project Monitoring method developed by USP Consulting, we define three levels of activities – phases, working packages and activities – and link them with deliverables, achievements and milestones.
This project plan is also containing aspects such as media cooperations, alliances and networking activities. The concepts project plan is the bible for the third stage – the realization.
