 Together with the Mental Wellness Company the first Mental Award for Companies has been developed. The idea is to provide companies with a benchmarking tool in order to understand the mental situation within their organization. This mental profile of the organization will be key for future business success. More and more organizations understand this and initiate activities in the area of Mental Wellness.
Companies can get their log-in for the online tool and forward the access data to their employees. The employees can then complete the questions. The data of all employees are then evaluated in documented in the form of a mental profiling of the company.
Based on all evaluations together with press and media the best practice organizations are then nominated and awarded by an international jury.
