 Template Driven Consulting™ is an approach using so-called templates as patterns for solving operational problems in organizations. These templates enable our clients´ project team members to operationally solve their problem themselves as the templates are guidelines leading the individual step-by-step through the problem solving process.
By enabling the clients´ project team members to deliver the problem solving process the effort for us advisors decreases down to 25 % compared to projects delivered with conventional consulting approaches. This, in essence, means up to 75 % cost savings already during a project of our clients – not taking onto consideration effects realized based on the project results later on.
TDC can be used in the area of strategy, management and process topics. The application in the area of IT topics is limited as IT implementations can obviously not be optimized using our templates.
